I’ve already got my permanent residency so I’ll be travelling to Canada very soon as a Quebec Skilled Worker. My question is about the funds i need to have with me at the time of crossing the canadian border considering I’m a Quebec selected immigrant.
For everyone is CAD 10.000 except for Quebec selected and other Provincial Nominees but it doesn’t say how much it is for us.

I cannot find this information anywhere and all the numbers I call keep refering me to someone else and no one seems to have this info available.

My question is related to Study permit requirements. Do I need to show IELTS score if I want to go to Canada to purse a Frenche Language Course or English course?

Kindly reply to this as the Consulate in my country is just telling me to check the Website but that does not answer this question of mine. Although it says that once the College or University accepts the student without IELTS you can obtain the Study permit. Despite that, my agent has been telling me I WILL NOT be able to get it without IELTS. It sounds unnecessary to me if one wants to go precisely to learn English or French.
