I would like to know what options are available to my brother who is a diploma holder in information technology.

He does not not have a bachelors degree yet but has some years work experience.

Can he get into Canada through the study permit route ? and if yes, what schools do you recommend ?

I am Indian citizen and in working VISA in the USA that ends on early 2015. My wife is on H1B visa till Sep end 2015.
I am targeting to apply under 2173 by mid Nov 2014. Now is it possible for me to choose Ottawa CPC as my VO. If needed I can be on dependent non working H4 visa under my wife’s H1….That also would put me in legal status , correct ?
Please suggest what should I do…
