I m a protected person and it s almost 11 months that I applied for my family sponsorship and still I didn’t get any news of any update of my case, what should I do? Should I wait more or I should contact IRCC?

Application for permanent residence program under Private refugees sponsor program.

I and my family have been recently interviewed by the immigration officer and she could not make a decision. We are informed that other higher officers will deal with our case for further check ups.
How long do you think take time to have the final decesdecision.

sir we came to Canada in July 2011.my wife went back in Dec 2011 due medical prob. I also went back IN Nov 2012. My wife passed away in Sep 2014 due to cancer. My kids were 4 years and 6 years. In july 2015. i got married. and April2016 I came back to Canada. by PR got expired on Sep 2016. What should i do to renew my PR so that I can sponsor my kids. as i have spent more than 1095 days away.

we are a retired couple from the US, wanting to understand how it would be to transition to Canada? we are on social security . Would SS continue? We need our medicare, or do you get socialized medicine, as a part of citizenship? I am a retired nurse and my husband is a retired therapist, but he is still working one shift every 2 weeks. we are interested to learn how difficult it would be to obtain citizenship, if we decide to move. please send us information specific to our cicumstances!

There should be no automatic citizen status given to babies of foreign nationals traveling here to give birth specifically for that reason.

I am fascinating to know that Mr. Trudeau and the Liberal party will restore the age of dependent children to under 22. My only brother just turned 20 years old recently. That would be amazing if Mr. Trudeau and the immigration can restore the age as soon as possible. I would love to get the sponsorship application for my parents and my brother done, so I can get married, knowing that my big family will be coming and living with my small family.
