I completed my master and I got wes in double degree of graduation. I got 7 bands. Two in 6.0, one 7.5 and one 7.0. So, what is my chances for pr of Canada? My spouce has a same qualification. So, any chances to get Pnp of nova scotia?

I have applied for EE and current point is 394. Is there any hope that the minimum number requirement will come down below 450 points. As for the last 1 year never the point came down below 450.
