For federal skilled trade program IELTS score is OK. But pls withdraw job offer criteria Bcus getting job offer from outside canada is impossible also trade certificate from Canada.
Try to concern about this matter .for that skilled trade will be eligible for express entry pool.
Before express entry , program was Ok. Who will be eligible for 6 points they were receiving invitation but currently only those candidates having Canadian education and work experience they are only eligible.
What a bastard Express Entry program.

So I think migrate to Australia will be benefit instead of loss of time for waiting of hope to migrate canada
