If your son is serious about her she can apply for Permanent Residence as his 'partner' from within the country, but this means that she would have to live with your son at the time of the application and they dont have to be married. There are no financial requirements however if your son has income it would be a definite plus. They have to prove that they are in a relationship by submitting photos and letters from family members.

Trudeau and the Liberal Government has completely failed to realize the danger of liberal immigration at this point in history. Europe is under siege right now and there is no argument against that. The Conservatives (Harper) did us a favor directing Canada in the right direction of our power to choose who we allow as citizens to Canada, how many, and deport those who are dangerous with out red tape. Being a Canadian citizen is a privilege and not something to take lightly. We have to ensure the absolute control of who is allowed and who should go for the safety of this beautiful country.
