I will be going to Canada tommrrow which is 17t October and is very worried that I might not be able to enter Canada. Will I still be accepted if I have applied but is still processing?

My only charge was a $200 fine for urinating in a dark street, in 2007, in Australia. I have no convictions and provided the AFP record (clean), just the court document for the fine, for which I plead guilty. The charge was Public Nuisance, and Obstruction of a Police Officer. I am Australia. I am a clinical psychologist and practice. How can I have this overturned? I need to fly to Canada, in 4 weeks time. Please help!
