I was interested about the change for TFWP. I am impressed from what I read. And I think that from these changes temporarily workers will have banefi and companies they work for. I am an example. I came in Canada with work permit / LMO. I worked for the company in Alberta for two years and I did not have a chance to extend my visa or apply for permanent resident. First of all English test that was taken before 1st of August 2014 was totally different from the one the government agency introduce after that day. I try to pass CELPIP test a few times and always same result: Speaking 6, Writing 6 Listening 6, and Reading 3. Imagine one score less in Reading keep me away from my family , my wife and three daughters for two years. I took private lessons with a teacher in Saskatoon and she said that test is stressful. Than I was informed that there is an institution in Saskatoon for new comers. It was a government representative agency for new comers in Saskatoon I went there to test my English. And I got higher score in Reading . They gave me result in writing and they said it’ s a prove for your English where ever you need in Canada except for immigration purposes. I couldn’t believe what they said to me. I just said it’ s one more day, wasting of time and money. Unfortunately I gave up. I am in Sweden now but to me Canada is forward in many things. In reply to UGOCHUKWU OCHIOBI. I second this opinion. This is the same problem I'm facing. I have a skilled level B job but my crs score is about 327. No hope for PR. I think the government should work out something for international graduate who have already blended well and fits in to the Canadian culture

TFW are coming canada with jobs. They don’t require additional training and help for settling in Canada. They easily settle after 3 to 4 year working on work permit.

They should be the top priority candidate for PR.

If TFW are already welll settled in Canada with there families from last 3 to 4 years than Any advantage of getting Permanent residents?

TFW should provide PR very easily if they are very well settled, paying taxes every year and very good credit history, there children’s are also well settled with school.

TFW are paying full tax as Permanent residents however TFW are not getting most of the benefits which PR holders are getting.

I personally love the changes that have been considered by the house of Commons, that will not only increase the workforce required to quench the thirst of required expertise to skillful share on the growth of Canada. They should go ahead and implement the changes so as to save the employer some raising sugar levels because of the pressure he has to undergo just to hire and help a person have a better tomorrow.
