I applied for MBA in Canada was given admission. Applied for visa but was turn down twice with no clear reason. The visa officer keep on saying I can still apply. Please note am still interested in my MBA. I am still wondering why the refusal.

In reply to Kishor. Hello I am not an immigration expert but to the best of my knowledge PGWP can be issued once I could be wrong but that's what I have always known.
