I required a CLB 9 score in IELTS according to an immigration consultant, but I received a CLB 8 score (R-7.5, W-7,L-7.5,S-7). I have started to fill the form as it suggested that I am eligible for express entry. Till when should I target to give IELTS once again and score CLB 9. Can I modify my IELTS score even after submitting the form? Are there provinces which can sponsor me with CLB 9 IELTS score)
I have obtained WES Four year Bachelor’s degree equivalency and have 2 yrs 6 months experience in Corporate Finance (Skill category- 0 (Manegerial)).

Irena, 32 years old, has a Master’s Degree and three years of skilled work experience, both obtained outside Canada. She also has advanced English ability. Her spouse has a Bachelor Degree and adequate-intermediate language ability. Without a qualifying job offer or a provincial nomination, Irena and her spouse are now in a position to submit an application for permanent residence, as her CRS score was 459.

I wonder how could she get 459 points with her credentials. I have the same credentials, but i stand at 395 only. Can you explain why?

Age : 32yrs Married
Education : MCA, M.tech (outside Canada)
Work ex : 8years full time (outside Canada)
IELTS : L 7.5, R 8.0, W 7.0, S 7.0

Spouse Education : 3yrs Bachelors Degree
IELTS : L 8.0, R 7.5, W 6.5, S 6.5

Spouse has a relative in Canada too.

What is the curse of the late visa for 2016 till 2017? Because I submitted my study visa application since September 2016 up till now I have not receive any messages or any call from the embassy about it. Is over 17weeks of submittion now.
