i did my graduation (bcom.honours in business administration and economics) from university of windsor in may 2013 and i worked full time in a canadian co.for two years as a customer service representative,csam now i am in india my work permmit has been expired in june 2016 can i apply or eligible for PR AND how i can apply from india

My son is working as a machinist for 5 years from the Philippines. He have ask the help of a CIC office, he had passed the evaluation, but as of now, he is in need of an employer to be able to process his paper. Could you suggest or could help him which program, that could bring him to Canada? Me and my husband resides in Montreal, we are citizens of Canada, my two daughters are in the Province of Alberta, both are Permanent Residents, so thats why my son wants to come to work here so that , our family will be united in Canada. Please give us advise. Thanks.
