I have been selected for submitting my documents for PR in the PGP category before 24 July, 2017. I have gone through all the forms but not clear if we need to give Police Clearance Certificate along with the other forms & documents now. I have not read it anywhere. Kindly confirm & advise.

I wrote my Ielts and got an average score of 6.5.
Listening 5.0
Speaking 7.0
Reading 5.0
Writing 7.0
Can these scores qualify me for any of Canadian visa?
