We applied for permanent sponsored family visa in January 2017. Our file is with Ottuva Visa office after fulfilling all conditions. It reached their in December 2016. How long this process may take time?

Please consider having customer service agents for family class sponsorship on weekends as well. A lot of people due to there work schedule can’t access to services during the weekdays.
Also consider increasing the timing from 8am to 8pm that will give people more flexibility and help then sort out the issues with the application process.
