(Update: Since this article was first published, the SINPÌýInternational Skilled Worker – Express Entry sub-category has closed for new applications.)

The province of Saskatchewan has reopened itsÌý sub-category of the Ìýand will accept up to 600 new applications. This sub-category allows eligible candidates in Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada's pool to obtain 600 additional (CRS) points, and an (ITA) for permanent residence at a subsequent draw from the pool.

This is the first time since February that this sub-category has been open for new applications. The February intake quota of 500 new applications filled within a day, testament to the popularity of this program and Saskatchewan as an immigration destination.
