After completing my Master’s in 2019, under what program can I apply for Permanent residence in Canada? And in what year should I start in the Application process?

1. My wife and I missed the submission deadline for PR application. (Terrible)
We have now re-entered the pool, is there anything we should be concerned about?

2. Our proof of fund came in only about 2 months to the application submission deadline as a gift from parent and liquidation of company stock. With the gift deed and the company stock fund transfer receipt from the company, can we go ahead and submit or do we need to wait until this funds are six months old in our account?

3. I am now doing my MBA in the US. I came in for study in December last year which means I have spent about 6 months here. However, I have traveled in and out of the US for a combined total of about a month. My most recent admission to the US is on 30th of May. Do I need to submit a police report from the US seeing I have not spent 6 straight months or even combined in the US.

Thank you for your shared expertise.

Kind regards
