we were the Immigrant from 2001 to 2007. We cudnot go back to Canada due to our child’s Asthama condition & also our property was not being sold that time due to some new rulesby Haryana Govt. We are now comletely ready to move to Canada as our child is out of Asthama now & property also got sold. Can we get one chance to move to Canada as Immigrants without applying fresh. In medium to long future, do you foresee the permanent residents who keep on renewing PR status and not apply for Canadian citizenship despite being eligible, will have to undergo stringent scrutiny for renewing their PR? Further if conservatives come in power, what are chances that PR may be denied certain previllages such as tax rebates or govt health care?
