Hi Sir,

My name is Arijit Nag ,I have scored a CRS score 351 and currently with a NOC O. But I don’t know will myself be able to approach for any PNP programme. Is there is cut off for applying same. Also please note that my IELTS band score is 7 points.

Please advise if the scope is still there for me.

My fiancee and I have been together for years. We have been waiting for my daughter to grow up and get into college before taking the steps for me to move to Alberta. My daughter graduated this year and is off on her own, however, with the new changes in the immigration system, we need to know what to do now so we can finally be together. I have been working toward a business degree and I am a massage therapist currently. He is a Canadian citizen. We were told to see an immigration lawyer, however I am not sure which lawyers are real and which are just spamming people. We have years of documentation about our relationship and we have both traveled back and forth to both countries since 2009, but we have known each other since 2000. How do we proceed now?
