The Government of Canada is opening new Visa Application Centres and service points in Europe, Africa and the Middle East to support the expansion of its biometrics program.

The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program issued 183 new invitations to apply for a provincial nomination to skilled workers and graduates looking to immigrate to the province on June 27.

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada has changed the deadline to respond to an invitation to apply for Canadian permanent residence from 90 to 60 calendar days.
