In reply to Derek. You didn’t born without Parent either alien . Not all the parents need hospitals many of them are in good health; many of them keep parents with them too. There is a income qualification criteria that proves the sponsor is contributing the the economy and not collecting government social assistance. You better worried about Your self

Dear All, this is a GOVERNMENT decision – to bring more immigrants, because Canada is aging country. Look what a daycare system we have today? Expensive, poor regulated, there are simply no spaces available! Should I tell that PRUDENT and REASONABLE newcomers won’t have more than one child in Canada these days? And that is why we have a trend of an aging country, because a healthy plan would be three children for family of two adults. Now, tell me if Mom can work, having THREE kids and NO space in daycare, or, if yes – the price for three kids at daycare is the same as Mom’s salary???

Parent SPONSORSHIP actually will allow LEGAL immigrants to have more than one child, and return back to WORK to contribute to the pensions which payable TODAY to all seniors in Canada.

It is a very simple explanation on why we NEED our parents here. Don’t worry, Government will not allow parents with weak health to Canada under this program, (while the poor health is not a reason for denial of refugee claim, you better think about it).

If IRCC is not going to ask the interested applicants to uploaded their proof of income (NOAs from past years) and proof of PR or Citizenship (scanned copies of the PR car or passport), then the ‘first-come, first-served approach’ is going to be no different from the lottery system; ineligible candidates will be unknowingly/ knowingly entering their names. From last 3 years that’s what is happening!

How is our over burdened health care system supposed to accommodate an influx of elderly citizens? Our hospitals and doctors offices are already running at max capacity and the baby boomers are soon to push it over the tipping point.. This is a ridiculous program
