This is a great initiative by the Canadian Immigration to promote and develop the small community with skilled manpower with permanent residence facility.I like Canada very much

Make sure the immigrants must be active in the community for atleast 3 years. Otherwise once they get immigration they will move to big cities.

Active in terms of residency and work.
