Saskatchewan invited 269 immigration candidates to apply for a provincial nomination on April 22. If invited candidates receive the nomination, they will be one step closer to Canadian permanent residence.
The invitations went to candidates who may be eligible for a nomination from the聽聽(SINP), specifically from the聽 category. Of those invited, 130 may be eligible for the SINP鈥檚 , and 139 may be nominated through the .
Regardless of the stream, invited candidates needed an聽 (EOI) score of at least 70 in order to be invited. They also needed 聽to demonstrate their foreign education was comparable to the Canadian standard.
They also needed work experience in one of the 61 in-demand occupations listed on the . Some of the eligible occupations include utilities managers, medical laboratory technicians, and miners, among others.

This sub-category is for highly skilled workers with experience in an in-demand occupation in Saskatchewan, who do not yet have a job offer in the province.
