Skilled worker candidates needed to have profiles in Manitoba's  (EOI) system in order to be invited. The the results of the latest draw are as follows:

Manitoba immigration programs

If you are a skilled worker and want to immigrate Manitoba, you need to register an Expression of Interest with the MPNP. This puts you in a position to receive an LAA through the Ìý²¹²Ô»åÌýÌý²õ³Ù°ù±ð²¹³¾²õ.

Manitoba then ranks candidates in the EOI pool out of 1,000 points for their human capital factors and their connections to the province.

Overseas candidates need to demonstrate connections to Manitoba through close family ties, previous experience in the province, or an invitation through one of Manitoba’s Strategic Recruitment Initiatives. You do not need to be living in Manitoba at the time of your application to be eligible.

International students who graduate from a Manitoba institution can receive an LAA under the if they demonstrate that they have in-demand skills.

Manitoba invites Express Entry candidates

is the main way Canada manages skilled worker applications. You can skip the PNP process and to the federal government through the Express Entry system.

Not everyone who is a good fit for Manitoba's labour market will necessarily have a high Express Entry score. Enter the (PNP). It allows provinces to nominate candidates in the Express Entry pool. Provincial nominees automatically get 600 points toward their overall score, which gives them a sure-shot at receiving an (ITA) for Canadian permanent residence.
